Light2YourDoor is confident that you'll enjoy using our service. In the remote eventuality of a problem we will do everything we can to resolve it to your satisfaction before leaving. And if you're not 100% delighted with our service, we will not charge you a penny. If you're also unhappy for any reason with any light bulb we supply, we'll take it away without any argument.

Light bulbs may blow prematurely for a number of reasons, including poor handling, an incorrectly installed fitting or using the wrong bulb for a specific application. But of course there will also be manufacturer defects. For this reason if one of our lightbulb fails within 7 days of first being switched on, we're happy to either deliver or post a replacement, or refund or credit you the cost of the light bulb.

 

When a lightbulb fails prematurely we would ask that you to keep it to one side so that we can have the opportunity to return it to the supplier for their investigation and comments. This will help the supplier to improve the quality of their product.
